Hotel Landy is the only hotel I stay at when I’m in Orlando, and after every visit I’m reminded why. The entire team consistently treats me like I’m the only guest in the hotel. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care they provide is something you rarely find anymore.||A huge thank you to Taj, Tiffany Bell, Renae, Adrian, Owen, Asia, Nathalie, Oni, and Chris. Every one of them goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is exceptional. Whether it’s a warm welcome, helping with a request, or simply taking the time to make guests feel valued, they always deliver first-class service.||What stands out even more is that I see them treat every guest the same way. This isn’t just special treatment for a regular customer, it’s the culture they’ve created. Everyone is welcomed and cared for like a VIP.||My kids absolutely love staying here too. In fact, whenever they travel with me to Orlando, they’d rather stay at Hotel Landy than any other hotel. They always look forward to coming back because of how comfortable, welcoming, and fun the experience is for our family.||In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, Hotel Landy and this incredible team set the standard. They don’t just provide great service, they create an experience that keeps people coming back. Thank you all for making every stay memorable. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life, and I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was super clean. Booking was well priced. Amenities were nice but there are some areas visibly under construction. Ice and water machines did not work on any floors except for lobby. Staff was helpful, parking was decent and hotel is located around lots of things to do. Would stay again.

Travelled here late last summer with my family and it was nothing short of a perfect stay. The smell when you walk in was incredible. Hotel rooms were perfect clean and the view was amazing. Staff were exceptionally friendly, Location was great and the pool and outdoor lounge area was outstanding. There was a cool arcade And a Starbucks on site. Everything I hope for in a hotel and more! Close to absolutely everything. I wouldn’t even bother looking to stay at another hotel during our next trip to Orlando. Favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in

I really wanted to rate this hotel higher because of its convenient location and the advertised Universal benefits, but the experience fell short. The biggest disappointment was the shuttle service—they don’t clearly explain that it only runs to the parks in the morning and only returns in the late afternoon. The ride back took about 40 minutes because it stopped at four other hotels, and we eventually chose to walk to another hotel for transportation instead. The rooms were just okay, nothing special, and it took four separate requests before we finally received towels. The staff was always friendly and kind, but unfortunately no two employees seemed to provide the same information. There is a lot of room for improvement, and while the location is great, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again for a Universal trip.

What a gem of a resort hotel in Orlando, Florida. The location is perfect in close proximity to Universal Studios and Disney World. The rooms are clean and practical. Service is excellent and amenities such as the gym and pool are top notch. They really do their best to accommodate their guests. The breakfast options and food quality is very good too. Parking is a bit expensive but I understand given the close proximity of the hotel to area attractions. I really look forward to staying here again!

This was my second time staying here and once again it was excellent. The staff were all so nice, the food was amazing, and the pool area was wonderful. There was no A/C in the hallways and lobby but the room A/C was kicking! The breakfast was delicious and the room and bedding was very clean and comfortable. The Market was so cool and had so many things you could choose from.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star property. At best, it feels like a 3-star hotel. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience. We booked what the hotel described as their best room on the Executive Level for four nights. If that was truly their best room, I can only imagine what the standard rooms are like. We checked in around 12:00 AM, and after spending just one night, we decided to check out the following morning at 11:00 AM instead of staying the remaining three nights. One thing that was especially disappointing was that the photos online are very misleading. The pictures on Google make the hotel look modern, clean, and well-maintained, but that was not our experience at all. The photos either need to be updated or shown more realistically because the hotel looks much nicer online than it does in person. The room felt very old and poorly maintained. The floors were so dirty that I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. The carpet looked worn, stained, and wasn’t even installed properly in some areas. The paint was peeling in multiple places, and the bathroom, especially the shower, did not feel clean. Also I need to mention that whoever that repainted the rooms painted over the room’s sprinkler head which is a safety concern in case of a fire. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioner. It was located right next to the bed, and every time it turned on, it made an extremely loud noise that woke us up several times throughout the night. Unfortunately, this hotel feels outdated, poorly maintained, and cosmetically patched up rather than properly renovated. We were so disappointed that we ended our stay after just one night. We would not stay here again, and I hope this review helps others set realistic expectations. If you’re booking this hotel expecting a true 4-star experience based on the photos and rating, you may be very disappointed. The staff were nice and respectful. Just the hotel is maintained very poorly

I stayed at this hotel beginning on 6/19, and what should have been a routine stay turned into one of the most unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever had. We had two rooms reserved. Upon arrival, one of the rooms had a toilet that appeared to have already been used. While unpleasant, I was willing to overlook it until I flushed the toilet and it immediately overflowed, sending water across the bathroom floor. I reported the issue to the front desk before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the bathroom had been cleaned, but the situation quickly became much worse. The sheets delivered for the pull-out bed contained a live bed bug crawling across them. We captured the bug and brought it directly to the front desk as proof. Because of the bed bug, we were eventually moved to a replacement room. Unfortunately, that room raised even more concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. We found old food left behind by a previous guest, making it clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before being reassigned. I did not even report this assuming management would be in touch to discuss; however, that was not the case. At that point, it became impossible to have confidence in the property’s housekeeping practices. What is most troubling is that these were not isolated inconveniences. An apparently unclean bathroom, a flooding toilet, a confirmed bed bug, and old food left in a replacement room all occurred during the same stay. These are serious failures in basic housekeeping, maintenance, and quality control. Guests should not have to question whether their room has been properly cleaned, whether the plumbing works, or whether they may be exposed to bed bugs. While staff members were polite, politeness does not make up for conditions that fall so far below acceptable hospitality standards. Cleanliness and guest safety are fundamental expectations, not optional amenities. I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective guests deserve to know about experiences like this. The combination of unsanitary conditions, maintenance issues, a confirmed bed bug, and evidence that even the replacement room had not been properly cleaned made this stay completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I would not choose to stay. To date, no one in management has followed up; therefore, this review is unfortunately necessary.
